What are Cookies?
Cookies are small files which are sent by WWW websites and stored on a user's computer (usually on a hard drive). They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website, and can be accessed only by the web server that has created them. Cookies are usually used in the case of surveys, online shops, websites witch require logging in, advertisements and in order to monitor the visitors’ activity to the site.

Cookie policy.
This website is not automatically collecting any data, except the data contained in the cookie files.
The cookie files are IT data, mostly text files, which are stored on a Service User’s device and which are used in all the Service’s webpages. The cookie files contain the name of the website that created the cookie, the amount of time they are stored in a device and their individual number.
The entity placing and accessing the cookie files on a User’s device is the service Operator https://busstation.pl - AGAT BIURO USŁUGOWO HANDLOWE (AGAT SERVICE AND COMMERCIAL OFFICE) with its registered office in Kraśnik (23-200), on the Mikulińska st. 37, Mikulin. The NIP number: 715 132 92 85 and the REGON number: 430910321, entered in the entrepreneur register under the reference number 444/2003 conducted by the Municipal Executive Office in Dzierzkowice.

We use cookie files to:
  • •adjust the website’s content to the individual preferences of every User and to improve the website’s usability; in particular cookie files enable for a recognition of User’s device and an adjustment as well as a proper display of a page depending on a User’s device;
  • •create anonymous statistics that help to track our Users as they navigate the website and enable us to analyze the use of the website and by that to improve the website's usability, content and structure;
The Service is using permanent cookie files, which are stored in a User’s device for a time determined in the files or until a User deletes them.

Processing of personal data
According to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, Agat informs that:
•a) the administrator of all the personal data is AGAT BIURO USŁUGOWO HANDLOWE (AGAT SERVICE AND COMMERCIAL OFFICE) with its registered office in Kraśnik (23-200), on the Mikulińska st. 37, Mikulin.
•b) The personal data of the passengers will not be processed for marketing purposes without the client’s consent and will not be accessible to other parties.
•c) A passenger has the right to access all his or her personal data as well as to change or correct them.
•d) The data is processed only in the range that is necessary to realize a transport contract (that is purchasing a ticket online), and the only recipients of the data are the people responsible for the realization of a transport contract
•e) The provision of data is voluntary (there is no law indicating that it is obligatory to provide them), yet without providing an email address it is impossible to buy a ticket online.

Final provisions
Apart from the obligations resulting from the Terms & Conditions presented above, the Carrier is obligated to respect the law, especially the Act of 15 November 1984. The passengers are under the protection of these provisions. Regulation (EU) No 181/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 February 2011 concerning the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 Text with EEA relevance.
